SEA & LEARN DEVELOPMENT CENTER is a newly opened progressive preschool in the Ortigas-Pasig Area, conceptualized by a group of parents whose desire is to provide QUALITY education to their children at an economical cos t.
In these times, it is difficult to find such a preschool because of the competition and expensive education offered around the area. These parents strongly believe that EDUCATION SHOULD BE A RIGHT OF EVERY CHILD AND NOT A PRIVILEGE. Having this in mind and with God’s provision, they established SEA & LEARN DEVELOPMENT CENTER.
